- C&C 35 Mk1 : Very well equipped fast and roomy for cruising. Freshwater only. WILLING TO TRADE for Smaller Sailboat, Property (Condo/Land/Business) or higher end car.
- Engine: Westerbeke 60 hp diesel with 1600hrs. Regular maintenance of oil changes and replacement of all filters every 100 hours or each season. New hoses, heat exchanger, raw water pump, water pump; transmission rebuilt in 2008.
- This is a 2005 MacGregor 26M sailboat with many features and currently is located at Hanna Creek Marina in a slip for the season (May 1st : October 31st) which is included. It has a 2006 Yamaha 50hp outboard engine. I have attached pictures including two (2) documents stating all the features of this boat. Also includes a MacGregor trailer. Everything has been serviced, cleaned up, and she is all ready to go for a great summer.
