Pearson P30 description- Air conditioner: Forward Taylor made VCD 16,000 BTU, Aft Taylor made VCD 12,000 BTU
- Hull: 2001, excellent condition, raced 2 summers in a youth sailing program and sailed a few times for fun. Light blue stripe along the length of the hull. been stored indoors
- Spars: great condition, includes bottom and top sections, boom.
- Lines : Mainsheet, cunningham, outhaul.
- Blades: great condition, includes daggerboard, rudder, tiller, hiking stick. Includes a blade bag for easy transportation.
- Sails: 3 sails, 2 radial and 1 full rig, 1 set of 3 batons. radials include one lightly used racing sail used only for regattas.

- 28' 1977 MARINER, it is beautiful inside and out with a Yanmar inboard motor that is in great running conditions, the motor alone runs between $6,000: $10,000. The sailboat is currently getting a brand new exterior paint job done in white. The interior of the boat is also in great shape.
