- Description: Good condition with four sails; main, jib, genoa, and spinnaker. 4hp long shaft 2 cycle Johnson. Custom trailer that pulls like a dream with no drama. Swing keel and shallow draft makes launching easy. Ablative bottom paint worn and while doesn't impede performance, could stand to be stripped or reapplied. No soft spots in the topsides, hull solid and sound.
Pearson P31-2 description- Well taken care of vessel with many good qualities, 18hp Yanmar inboard diesel with only 396 hours. 3 self: tailing wenches, Jib wenches are 2 speed. This vessel sleeps 7 (3 doubles, 1 single). 40 gallons of fresh water and 20 gallons of waste, 18 gallon fuel capacity. The vessel has 6'4" head room, as well as gambled 2 burner stove top and oven, exterior grill with propane connection, microwave, 4.5 cubic foot icebox with navigation station above. Lots of storage in cabin along with large outside locker on port side that houses a/c unit. 3 gallons per minute water pump, head includes toilet and shower, hot water heater, 2 anchors with road and chain, 2 shore power cords, 16,000 BTU reverse cycle marine air conditioner (New June 2015). This vessel has a walk out transom with swim platform. Large cockpit comfortable for family and friends. This vessel has also been in fresh water its entire life, with new bottom paint in 2009.
