• Description: 1996 Precision 165 sailboat. Excellent shape and great day or weekend sailboat. Aluminum trailer and total weight of the boat is 750lbs and with trailer 1200lbs so easily towed with any vehicle…even a car. Comes with 3hp Yamaha long shaft 2 stroke professionally serviced outboard, swim ladder, main sail, jib and 150% Genoa. Has cockpit LED Blue lights when relaxing in the cockpit at night and also has a interior cabin light…all run off a deep cycle battery (included). Oversized cockpit for at least 4 adults. Cabin has two settee style beds with a built in porta-potti while out on the water or even while in a slip. Comes with windex, clinometers and compass with all lines running back to cockpit with line holders to keep the lines off the floor and unorganized. Cabin has forward hatch and the two port windows on the sides open as well. I even have a brand new quart of Pettit white anti-fouling paint ($90.00 dollars) even though it could go another summer without the new paint. Comes with Danforth anchor and rope. Cabin has a built in area for a cooler so it doesn’t move around and there is storage under the cockpit as well right behind the beds. Entire boat is like new especially the cabin with no tears at all in cushions and no damage at all to the fiberglass anywhere. Also comes with the main sail cover and tiller tamer. Have to see to REALLY appreciate. It’s a fun boat and comes highly regarded in the sailing community for reliability, ease of sailing along with the design. • It is good : very good condition; just needs tiller replaced, bottom paint redone and some other minor cosmetics which I will be doing at full price $4000. If you want to do these jobs yourself, price is only $3500!
