• Description: The master stateroom is located just aft of the forepeak head, featuring with large pullman style berth with inner spring mattress. There is a large shelve outboard to starboard of the berth and a cabinet overhead at the foot of the bed.

Precision 23 description

• 2012 : Diesel fuel tank pumped out, fuel disposed of, tank cleaned, filled with fresh fuel.
• Steering wheel was removed and replaced by tiller : creates more space in the cockpit and handles very well. 5ft draft with 3600 lb externally bolted lead keel and high aspect sail ratio makes for a high performance for those who might race.
• New running rigging: halyards, sheets, traveler, and backstay adjuster (2015)
• Also included is a recently tuned up 6 hp long: shaft Tohatsu outboard with tiller extender, alternator, external fuel tank, new fuel line, and engine stand, Theboat has all lines run aft so the boat can be singlehanded. Boat is on a Baja trailer for easy launching, and has a fully retractable keel. Includes many extras as well such as solar panel, boathooks, throw cushion, fire extinguisher, dock lines and a toolbox full of pins, shackles, tools etc. I'm selling everything for $7500.
