Ranger 23 description- Very nice Bill Lapworth designed Cal 31. Spent 99% of its life in fresh water. Extensive refit in 2014: 2015, and in very good mechanical condition. Recently sailed from Chattanooga, TN to Carrabelle, FL; living aboard for two months. Fresh bottom paint in Nov. 2014. Completely ready for extended cruising. Can provide manuals and reviews by email.
- Forward V: berth and aft cabin. Alcohol stove. Bathroom/shower with sink. 27 gallon water tank with electric pump. 13HP Yanmar diesel motor has only ran 10 hrs since rebuild in 2013. Rigging fully replaced 2013. Bottom cleaned repainted and propeller replaced 2016. New gasket installed around fuel gage. NADA guide values @ $11,105 to 12,710.
