- Description: Designed by Arthur Edmonds for S-2 Yachts in 1980, the S2 8.5 is an easy to sail fast cruiser. I have owned this boat since 2012. We have been sailing the James River & Chesapeake Bay, enjoying time with family & friends. With the addition of the auto-helm she is an easy boat to single hand as well. We recently moved to a canal home with a boat driveway and need to move to a shallow draft boat. $15,000 obo
