S2 9.1 description- She has been the companion of our family; has enough room to sleep 6: 8 pers and her expansive main table offers a place for every one of us around it. Dining at cockpit table is also great and preferred to indoor, given the wonderful Mediterranean weather.
- Prior to leaving on our only cruise in 2012, we invested over $40,000 in upgrades and replacements: a new North 155 genoa, Maxwell VWC 1500 windlass, Garhauer mainsail traveller with outboard control lines, lifelines replaced, new mainsail stackpack with sailcover, bimini, new isenglass in dodger
- new interior upgrades include: new ultraleather upholstery, teak and holly sole, custom granite countertops with stainless lids and doublemount stainless sink, all water and sump pumps, new engine motorounts, cutlass bearing and stuffing box.
- “Melrose” is the Plan B model, with a comfortable headroom of 6'4". The main salon has a U: shaped settee with beautiful teak table and a bench settee opposite. The galley is to port with a double SS Sink and an insulated top load icebox with 12 volt Grunert unit. The navigation station is across with ample storage and comfort. There is a large quarter berth starboard. The interior boasts beautiful Costa Rican teak and the sole is teak and holly. Forward is the master stateroom with overhead hatch and bronze opening ports, and plenty of storage in shelves and cabinets also under the berth. There is a separate shower stall in the enclosed head to starboard.
