- Rigging and Sails: Yawl rigged with white anodized aluminum masts and booms. Harkin blocks and rollers. Double spreader main. All rigging 1x19 wire, 5/16", connected to turnbuckles using StaLock fittings. Lewmar winches.

- Spacious interior with plenty of storage. Sleeps 7. Forward features a large, private V: berth. Double hanging lockers converted to cedar stripped shelves. Porcelain head with stainless steel sink with pressurized hot/cold water. Built in hot/cold shower in open cockpit. The main salon features “U” shaped settee with a large, convertible dinette table that makes into a double bed. Single settee starboard, (with insulted 'colder' to store beverages on ice, drains into bilge), facing dinette for additional seating and bed. Galley is located starboard of the companionway with excellent storage, refrigerated icebox and 2 burner stove/oven. A private aft cabin is port of the companionway and includes a double berth, locker and navigation table.
- This Pearson Flyer 30 is in ready-to: race condition. The original BMW inboard was replaced with a YanmarGM10 in 1995. Club racing champion for five consecutive years.
- The 28’ Morgan Sloop has a traditional layout with V: berth and head forward. Galley is along starboard side. Dinette is on port side. Aft quarter berth on starboard side with storage in aft port side. Interior has been refurbished with new cushions and marine grade vinyl (see photos). Galley which is located starboard side in salon. The inboard Atomic4 engine rebuilt in 2013.
