• This fiberglass sloop comes with a newer VHF and depth finder and battery charger. The two house and one starting battery are less than a year old. She is roomy enough for eight in the cockpit and sleeps six (two in v: berth and four in the main salon.) Comforts include new cockpit cushions, new interior cushions, cockpit table, a full galley with propane stove and oven, two working pressure sinks, and so much more. A Bruce 33 lb. anchor, chain, rode, flares, etc. are also included. The swing keel draws 3’6” up and 9’ down, which is perfect for shallow secluded anchorages in the Bahamas and pointing into the wind on your way south. The boat’s removable full sunbrella and nylon awnings and bimini will keep you shaded.
• You will love the upgraded custom interior layout in this well: maintained C&C 35 MKIII. This is a professionally maintained, turn key, racer/cruiser. • : equipped galley, and the spacious cockpit, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The standing rigging, upgraded to Dynex Dux, has reduced the weight aloft, added to her overall appearance, and although unusual on vessels like Picaroon, it has improved her performance and is still in great condition. On deck, the teak has been stripped and left to go silver which looks beautiful, and easier to maintain than having to varnish every season. The teak decks need a little TLC in places but it does not leak, and the magnificent Douglas pine masts are like new. The monitor wind vane steering is a great asset and works perfectly, giving the crew time to relax on extended passages. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, we are reluctantly having to curtail our adventures in the Caribbean. Picaroon has been well maintained whilst we have been cruising and she is shipshape and ready to sail tomorrow.
