• Description: One of the last Tillotson Pearson built J24s. Always freshwater. Set up as daysailer. Equipped to be ready to sail in minutes with roller furling jib on Harken furler, mainsail with slides on mast, both sails by Quantum Sails. Also includes racing sails. Upholstery is classic navy blue in as new condition. Recent VC17m bottom paint.
• Equipment: Cruising sails by Quantum, racing sails include main, genoa and spinnaker by North. Tohatsu 5hp 4 stroke. Harken 32 2 speed winches on risers. Canvas includes tiller cover, UV cover on roller furling jib and mainsail cover. Includes Triad dual axle float on/off trailer.

• Great condition -: We have sailed this boat a lot over the past few years and expanding family forces s to sell as we have moved up. The price is extremely low for the quality and you will not find another C27 for this price with a reliable inboard diesel and new sails. She is on the hard in Sea Bright NJ and you can come and see her.
• It has tailor-made central air: conditioning and nice red urethane paint job. It has a Dacron Main and Jib for cruising and a full inventory of racing sails that are in excellent condition
• Plywood/fiberglass sailing dinghy/rowboat/tender. Transom reinforced for small motor. Three: piece mast and sail in excellent condition. The wooden boom and a portion of the chine on the bottom of the hull have some rotten portions from rainwater/neglect. The price reflects this and a few other minor cosmetic blemishes. Oars/oar locks included.
