Tanzer 1976 description- Good condition sails: mainsail in perfect condition, furling genoa and 3 more sails in very good condition.
- Recent work february 2015: stuffing box, engine revision, anti fouling, new solar panels and batteries, new navigation lights, rigging revision, new mattress, cushions and bedding, new inner painting, etc.
- 1980 22' Catalina swing keel, with roller: furling and 150 Genoa. 6HP Yamaha just rebuilt and new fuel tank. In water and ready to go.

- Description: Great boat, solid construction, well designed and comfortable. This boat has been well cared for and maintained. Wonderful weekend cruiser, perfect for starting out or for someone with a bit of sailing experience to sail single handed. Although we didn't race her, she has a really good PHRF score making her a competitive racer. Sails easily in light breeze and has good reef points for stronger winds. She enjoyed regular sails around Raritan Bay and New York Harbor. Sleeps four comfortably. Currently in the water in Keyport with custom cradle for drydock. Motivated to sell as a larger boat was recently purchased.
