• Description: No refit necessary- ready to go. A tough boat- Robertson & Caine overbuilt their earlier boats. Leopard 45, year 2000, 4 cabin, 4 head. It left the Caribbean in 2006 for private ownership, therefore hasn't been under the tropical sun for most of its life- the gel coat polishes nicely. We bought the boat February 2014 in Annapolis. US Duty has been paid. Since purchasing we've put more than $110,000 into the vessel. It’s become a true cruising machine. All the big stuff has been taken care of. Price: $279k, firm. • -(2016) Heads: Since changing out the sanitation hosing only fresh water has been used in the heads.
• -In 2010 a former owner added a new 7.3kw Northern Lights genset and 3 A/C units: reverse cycle so they can heat and dehumidify, too. Only 2,700 as of March 2016. Being able to periodically dehumidify the boat is a big deal. We have no mildew issues, no smells and the interior is in excellent shape.
