Tyanna Mariner 35.9 description

  • Dinghy : Achilles 8’ RIB with Yamaha 9 point 9 HP outboard.
  • Good bones and very good condition on the exterior but, needs some TLC inside. Strong Perkins 4: 108 50hpr runs good. New bottom paint in Sept. 2013. Recent survey. Good weekend project but, can be sailed as is. Complete set of sails in good condition. A couple of soft spots on deck, one forward near the Bow Sprit and one starboard at midships. Surveyor said not a problem. No leaks evident however. Hatches and portlights all good. This is a roomy Bill Gardner design and she sails well. 1.57 capsize ratio.
  • ALEXA is an former danish fishing boat built 1938 from jens Peter nipper in skagen Danmark.1993 start the rebuild to original gaff: ketsch. After 3 years rebuilding i finished the rebuild. And i start charter Business.   • Description: Kool Kat I is a 4 cabin / 4 head Leopard 47 that was built by South African boat builders Robertson and Caine in 2003 that has been well maintained and is fully equipped for cruising. She has a comfortable and roomy cockpit that is excellent for entertaining and will easily accommodate a dinner party for eight and she will sleep up to ten. She was commissioned by an American couple, who had her chartered with Moorings for five years during which time they also cruised on her and ultimately lived-aboard fulltime for five years in the Eastern Caribbean. She was purchased by her second owners in 2013, an Australian couple with a plan to cruise the Eastern Caribbean for three years. She has been well maintained and cared for by her owners who have now completed their three year cruise and who are selling and returning to Australia.
