• Description: Boat is in good condition with many newer upgrades. New cushions inside and out, not recovered. Newer radio with new coax to the top. New SS compression post. New battery. Good main sail and several head sails from small to large. Spinnaker and pole. Comes with old school roller furler and sail that looks good but I've never unrolled it. New steering quadrant and cables. New head with all new hoses and tank. Pressure water in the galley and head. Starter is at the shop now being rebuilt, has been out for a month but I didn't care because it's so easy to hand crank to start. But starter will be fresh and installed. She isn't the fastest boat because of her huge beam but that beam makes her very stable and as roomy or rommier than a lot of 30 footers. Bottom was taken down to gel coat three years ago, two coats of barrier and three coats of bottom paint applied. Great boat, very comphertable to sail and cruise. in the water in Saugatuck MI and sailed weekly. Come check her out and take a sail if you would like.
