Watkins sailboat 70.1 - Description: Beautiful 30' Cheoy Lee Ketch blue water sail boat for sale. It has a brand new fiberglass deck on it with 3/4 in marine plywood. No more leaky teaky. The cabin top has been completely sanded, fiberglass repair, and we are putting a fresh new coat of paint on it and brand new vents. The inside is currently being repainted. Brand new cushions were made less than a year ago. The teak has been sanded and oiled, but the cockpit needs some work. It is completely sail-able the remaining work is just a little cosmetic. It has a roller furler, Jiffy reefing system, lazy jacks. Barient 17's self tailing winches, all running and standing rigging is in good condition and more, too much to list. 2 anchors plenty of chain. Newport by Dickenson wood burning stove. 40 gallon fresh water tanks. Brand new diesel tank 25 gallons. We repacked the packing gland 2 months ago. 2 marine batteries.
