- A lovely little fun sailboat. One-of-a: kind, a real eye catcher. Professionally built, 16’, 5’ beam, draft 8" board up, 1.5 board down,gaff rig, copper riveted cedar on oak, mahogany sheer, sails, full cover, trailer. Excellent condition
- Fairly nice condition : center board has swelled, but have new one to intall
- 2 rigid /: 100 w solar panels and a wind generator
- Parting out M25 : have all parts. Hull is damaged beyond repair but all parts and accessories are available except sink slider.
- Interior layout is standard with a v-berth forward, dinette main salon with L: shaped galley & head opposite and a large aft cabin. Mermaid Marine reverse cycle air conditioning/heat was installed in 2001. All interior teak including the sole has been refinished in satin varnish. Ventilation is provided by cowl vents, a solar vent, five overhead hatched, & 8 opening ports. Two 12v fans supplement ventilation.
- The cockpit features a walk: thru transom, cockpit cushions, bimini & dodger with stainless steel frames, connector & side curtains. Sunbrella covers for winches & teak hand rails are included. Cockpit shower with hot/cold pressure water.
