Lagoon TPI 37 description- A well: equipped and cared for 1993 Lagoon 37 TPI catamaran for sale that is an owner’s version. 2 Owners since new, never chartered. She has been upgraded and just finished a winter season in the Bahamas, quite ready to return. This vessel is preferred as she is US BUILT and has straight shaft drives.
- Design : The main cabin has 6' head room with an opening hatch and 8 opening windows and 6 fixed windows forward. A large dinette that can seat 6 persons on the port side. - It can be confusing figuring out the differences between various Leopard 46's : most 4 cabin version are similarly equipped. Below I first list the changes/upgrades we have made then in the description the more or less standard features of a 4 cabin 2010 L46. The 46 has been steadily improved over time with 2010 reflecting 4 years of learning what works and what doesn't on earlier models.
- THE OUTREMER 49 PERFORMANCE CATAMARAN is the newest model from the 30 year old yard in the South of France which has produced legendary cruising cats and transatlantic race winners. She is an innovative creation from the design: board of Christophe Barreau well known for his successful multihulls such as the TS50 and Catana range of catamarans. The Outremer 49 is a fast cruising catamaran and is equipped with twin daggerboards that will help the windward sailing ability as well as reduce the draft to a mere 32″. A cleverly integrated composite bimini forms a lightweight platform to attend to the sail bag and it can be converted into a fully enclosed cockpit providing shelter from rain and sun. The floor is conceived completely flush, on one level and there are no steps between the saloon and the outside cockpit.

- The 9.2 was designed by Arthur Edmunds, who was S2’s "in-house" designer. Beginning in 1981, S2 built a number of racing: oriented cruisers designed by the Chicago naval architects Scott Graham and Eric Schageter, but all of the earlier cruising boats were done by Edmunds.
