  • New Thru: Hulls (except engine water intake)
  • Sails: Full set of Kevlar sails in great condition. Additional set of dacron sails in good condition. Spinnaker pole and sail and main sail cover. Roller furler new in 2011.
  • Ready for Caribbean Cruise, 36' sloop. Full equipped. She is fully set: up for Singlehanded Sailing. I sailed her, by myself, along the west coast of Mexico for three years, and west coast of Central America for one year before going through the Panama Canal and over to her current location, Bocas del Toro, Panama.
  • 1986 -VARUNA: sail# 4172 in excellent condition. Dry sailed. New balto plate bottom, New awlgrip white freeboard, New interlux gray deck, All new harken hardware through out. New running rigging. Interior is original and mint!
  • Rigging: Rigged to race and win. Boom vang, cunning ham, adjustable back stay (leads length of each side of cockpit), reef lines lead to cockpit, all halyards lead to cockpit.
  • Electronics: Standard VHF, Garmin 740x chart: plotter, Sperry speed, distance and depth sounder. Electrical panel installed 2011, battery replaced in 2015, 5 wtt solar panel.
  • Accommodations: Interior cushions in excellent condition. Forward v berth, settee becomes double berth and starboard quarter berth. Stainless sink, stainless magma grill. Interior cabin lights, screens in good order. Cockpit cushions in good condition.

Bayliner US 76.2 equipment

  • - Primary: Two Barient 22, two speed, self tailing
  • - Heavy Duty Bow Roller: thru bolted into a 1" solid Brazilian hardwood backing plate.
  • - Main: Full Batten, heavy duty, with three sets of reef points, all set up to reef from the cockpit, with Harken Jiffy Reefing System.
  • - Genoa: 120%: Heavy duty with Harken Roller Furling.
  • Engine- Yanmar 35 HP. Excellent shape: includes 110 amp alternator, with 65 amp backup. Has about 4000hrs on it but rated for well over 10,000hrs. Oil has been changed every 50hrs instead of the recommended 100hrs.
  • Prop- Three Bladed Feathering : (when put in reverse, the blades rotate from the forward position to face aft for maximum efficiency and control. When just sailing, the blades will "feather".
  • Zodiac 11’, anchor, chain and cable. 4: stroke Honda 8 HP in very good condition. Davits and pulley system (cables and pulleys) to raise the tender and its engine.
