Catalac 41 description- Announcing the availability of a CATALAC 41 : also designated the Catalac 12M. Only 27 were manufactured, approximately 14 of which are home ported in the Western Hemisphere.

A Catalac 41 was one of the survivors of the infamous “Queen’s Birthday” storm of early June 1994 which resulted in loss of life, dismasting and knockdowns/capsizes by a substantial number of other vessels between New Zealand and Tonga/Fiji. It was one of the vessels still seaworthy at gales’ end.
