- Custom built cold: molded cutter rigged sailboat is ready to set sail. She was launched in Vancouver, Canada in 2006 and proved herself as a reliable off shore vessel while sailing from British Columbia to sunny Manzanillo, Mexico. She has been a comfortable liveaboard for the past 8 winters and is presently in dry dock in San Carlos, Mx (only a few hours drive from Phoenix or Tuscon) where she is awaiting a new captain and crew.
- The forward V: berth has a bunk bed arrangement, the settee in the main cabin can be used for a 3/4 size bunk, and the private aft stateroom has a queen size bed. There are two heads, one forward on the starboard side, the other aft on the port side.
- Hiller range : 2 burner gimbaled stove with oven and LPG tank in cockpit locker
- This boat is ready to return to the Bahamas where I've spent several winters on her. Includes a Honda 2000 generator. She is a 2 stateroom layout with forward cabin having a large v: berth and lots of drawers, a hanging locker, storage shelves and overhead hatch with screen. The head is aft to starboard with double doors to access from the salon or forward cabin. There is hot and cold water shower, vanity, basin and marine toilet. The salon has port and starboard settees with double leaf bulkhead mounted table with a wine cabinet and glass storage behind. Lots of storage behind and under settees. The galley is aft to port with a 2 burner gas stove and oven and a double stainless steel sink and large refrigerator. Six drawers and ample storage for dishes. To starboard there is aft cabin with bunk and nav station with storage underneath. The aft cabin closes off for privacy.
- Standard layout: owners cabin forward with private head, Pullman style bead and generous storage. Rear quarterberth. Central main cabin.

Catalina 30 - : sized bed. Moving aft on starboard is the very large L shaped galley with lots of counter space (with 9 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer and/or ice box beneath). Aft of the refrigeration and counter space is the very roomy navigation area with large teak desk. Seating for the nav station is provided by the forward section of the double pilot berth. On port directly across from the galley is the door to the head that has hot/cold pressurized water with a large storage cabinet above it. The head area has a beautiful teak seat and is in the shower stall (with its own shower head and water controls). Followed aft by the enclosed owners stateroom with double berth, hanging locker, and separate entrance to the head. The interior is done in oiled teak. Teak is generously appointed and its joinery exceptional throughout
