CSY Antigua 44 equipment- Serenity's' two-stateroom, two head layout gives you the sought after accommodations of a large private aft stateroom with a huge double berth and a comfortable guest cabin with v: berth. The guest cabin offers plenty of storage with drawers under and a hanging locker that is cedar lined. Guests will enjoy ample ventilation with a large overhead hatch and two opening ports. The guest head (aft to port) has a vanity and stainless steel wash basin, Corian counter top, marine head and separate stall shower with ceramic tile. It is well ventilated with an opening hatch and two opening ports. Opposite the guest head is a storage area with a washer/dryer.

- This well kept, shoal draft, freshwater boat has had many upgrades in the past, including a new Volvo Penta 3: cylinder diesel engine in 2003, Noise Reduction Insulation around Engine cover, new in 2014, New Impeller Cover for easy access to water impeller for cooling the engine, by Speed Seal – Life, a new marine head in 2000, a new dodger in 2004, the rest of the enclosure around the cockpit in 2009 and 2 new batteries 1 in 2013 and 1 in 2014.
- The Salon has a roomy L: shaped settee to port and a straight settee to starboard. The headroom is about 6’6” throughout the salon. The dining table is a center drop leaf table with storage in the center and will accommodate six. The port and starboard settees can make good sea berths on a passage or guest berths for visitors. Lots of storage below and nice cabinetry above the settees with the entertainment center above the starboard settee. Spacious and airy with the addition of four large opening ports, two smaller opening ports, and two large overhead hatches.

She is a solidly built 44 foot center cockpit cruiser designed by Peter Schmitt and built by Antigua Yachts. Antigua Yachts, under the ownership of John Coats, purchased CSY molds and boats in progress and started building the CSY 44 under the new name of Antigua 44. These highly customized versions of the CSY 44 walk-through are magnificent live aboard cruisers because of their spaciousness (above and below deck), their sturdy and seaworthy construction and their ease in handling.
