  • The Kite is an 11' 7" cat: rigged sailing dinghy (class inactive) designed circa 1962 by Carter Pyle as an Olympic Finn class trainer. Like that era's Finns, the Kite's mast is flexible, unstayed Sitka spruce and spruce boom.
  • This is a 2005 MacGregor 26M sailboat with many features and currently is located at Hanna Creek Marina in a slip for the season (May 1st : October 31st) which is included. It has a 2006 Yamaha 50hp outboard engine. I have attached pictures including two (2) documents stating all the features of this boat. Also includes a MacGregor trailer. Everything has been serviced, cleaned up, and she is all ready to go for a great summer.

  • It isn't just the boat, it's where the boat takes you. The 21’ Com: Pac Eclipse can be a fun, beachable cruiser, a daysailer, or an intrepid coastal explorer, depending upon your mood. We have enjoyed days and nights in this one in Florida’s Keys, on the St. John’s River and on the lakes of Arkansas, but our sailing days are coming to an end.
  • This is our second Com-Pac Yacht and they’ve been two of the best boats we’ve ever owned. We think of the Eclipse 21’ as the big brother to our earlier Com: Pac 19’, and an improvement in many ways. It’s more stable, more capable, far easier to set up and handle and much more comfortable in the cockpit, in the cabin and in the sea. Yet it loves to explore the fascinating shallow waterways, and trails easily behind our Honda Odyssey. We particularly enjoy the open transom. Boarding from the water (or while it’s on the trailer) is a breeze, access to the outboard and the rudder is unrestricted and cockpit drainage is no longer a concern.
  • Made by Jenson Marine in 1976, this Cal 2: 27 is ideal for racing and family fun. The boat is covered by Boat US full insurance and documentation is available. The bottom was recently cleaned and this service is available on a regular basis. It is berthed at Berkeley Marina O Dock 406 which leads directly to the Berkeley Yacht Club.
  • If you are seeking a well: priced, capable cruising yacht already located in the heart of the Caribbean’s best cruising grounds, look no further!
