Ericson 27 description- Swift Solo Skiff has a unique rigging where both sails : main and jib are controlled by one sheet, which means that the jib is self tacking and self adjusting. - It was looked after very well and it was re: varnished just recently. It is kept in Jericho Sailing Association compound in Vancouver. It comes with a new mast made by Forte, new sails made by Quantum and new spinnaker made by North Sails. It also comes with spare spinnaker and jib. All ropes have been replaced this season. Beach dolly, road trailer and the top and bottom covers are included.

- The term Watson: class lifeboat refers to several wooden lifeboat classes operated by the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) around the coasts of the United Kingdom and Ireland between 1888 and 1991. The boats had hulls that conformed to the basic design laid down by RNLI naval architect George Lennox Watson.
- Decks are marine plywood with fiberglass and gel-coat on top and finished with anti: slip paint. She retains her original wooded handrails and curved sliding hatches all lovingly maintained. Internals are teak which is varnished and has achieved an old world patina.
- GrayLag, a True North 34, is a full keel cutter measuring approximately 41' overall including bowsprit, boomkin and Aries self: steering wind vane. She is stable and seaworthy with a beam of 11’ and a draft of 5' 6" and a classic look complimented by the exterior teak. Designed by Stan Huntingford and built in 1983 in North Vancouver with a fibreglass hull and finished on Vancouver Island, GrayLag has none problems with blistering or the structural issues sometimes found in the Taiwanese built versions.

- Description: Classic old-timer sailboat built of steel (riveted steel hull) in 1898 in Hamburg Germany. It has been in the current's owners possession since the late 1960‘s and the couple is finally ready to retire after almost 50 years of sailing the Baltic and North Sea, Mediterranean and Caribbean. The boat is excellently suited for sailing around the world (can be sailed with a 2-man crew), for conducting charter trips, as well as for day trips or simply for use as a family boat. In excellent tended condition. An extremely robust, oceangoing vessel which has crossed the Atlantic numerous times.
