Her full keel with cut away forefoot, well distributed beam and high aspect, well balanced sail plan provide excellent directional stability and balance as well as responsiveness. She will steer herself if you trim her out correctly.

- The Freedom 36 is a Gary Mull design and was built by the Tillotson: Pearson yard in Rhode Island from 1985 until 1989. The Freedom 36 is impressive enough to be included in the renowned book "The Worlds Best Sailboats" by Ferenc Mat'e.
