- Description: We are sorry to have to part with our wonderful sailboat. It is an Island Packet 40 and has everything you could want. She has reverse cycle air conditioning/heat, 2 cabins, 2 heads, a 3 burner propane stove and oven, cutter sail (which we really like to use), 6 house and a starting battery, large galley, excellent cold plate refrigeration, full enclosure for the cockpit...... nothing has been left off. The current captain/owner is an expert on all the systems and has meticulously maintained the boat. Please ask to see the survey report which we have which has more pictures and information. We can e-mail to you. We are willing to deliver her anywhere in the Great Lakes or the East Coast with or without you.

- Genoa: 91.00 furling
- Custom built cold: molded cutter rigged sailboat is ready to set sail. She was launched in Vancouver, Canada in 2006 and proved herself as a reliable off shore vessel while sailing from British Columbia to sunny Manzanillo, Mexico. She has been a comfortable liveaboard for the past 8 winters and is presently in dry dock in San Carlos, Mx (only a few hours drive from Phoenix or Tuscon) where she is awaiting a new captain and crew.
- Beautiful X: 41. She suits perfectly for racing and cruising at high average speeds whilst maintaining the most comfort possible. Exellent sailing performance in light and haevy conditions with great ship stability. I have maintained the boat very carefullly, did some repairs and replacements and made her also suitable for shorthanded sailing. New plotter and sails installed in 2015. The log stands at 6100 nm.
- The forward V: berth has a bunk bed arrangement, the settee in the main cabin can be used for a 3/4 size bunk, and the private aft stateroom has a queen size bed. There are two heads, one forward on the starboard side, the other aft on the port side.
- The trailer has excellent medium: sized beach tires (and bearing buddies), but still towed at 70mph just fine. The trailer is in great shape and has a spare tire, winch, all working lights, and a full length metal box holding everything including the wings.
