MacGregor M26 description- EVERGREEN, my much-loved Nor'Sea 27 - that I've owned and sailed since 1994 : is being offered FOR SALE BY OWNER. Both my wife and I have age and health concerns that highly motivate this sale; we are seeking a knowledgeable and caring new owner to give Evergreen a new home.

- A raised deck with 7' beam allows a surprisingly roomy cabin. Arrangements below deck are comfortable for an overnight or weekend outing for two adults. There is a large, comfortable V: berth forward with a portable head between; smaller port and starboard quarter berths aft are not large enough for adults. A sink, icebox and small Hibachi charcoal stove with stainless chimney are located on the port side of the cabin; an Origo alcohol stove is to starboard. Storage is excellent with nine bins beneath seats and berths. Wood trim and joiner work below produce an attractive interior.

- Description: A very nice Allied Seawind 30, never touched Saltwater!, powered well by the original Gray Marine Sea Scout engine. Black with nice clean wood interior. Two burner Gas stove. Sink with hand pump. Well equipped. List on request. Lies in Bayfield Wisconsin in Blackhawk,Marina a Private Marina/Slip that is near impossible to get into but with purchase it is! Trade for Vintage travel trailers/Vintage trucks 1950s-mid 70sMariah was re painted with Signature Finish*** Fabuluster Marine systems out of Florida several years ago and is in very good condition as fabuluster is rock hard and can be re done easliy when needed with one coat roll and tip. Brightwork has been left to go grey so it can be refinished or oiled or left alone. I used Honey Teak from Signature finishes but foolishly used only two coats and should have used 3-4 and did not keep it up, Great product tho!
