- Description: Nomad is easy to maintain. The boat has a long shaft 9.9 horsepower Mercury purchased new in 2011. The engine has approximately 300 hours. The boat was rewired in 2011. The system is 12 volt with 30 and 48 watt semi-rigid solar panels mounted on the front hatch and deck respectively.
- Equipment: Ground Tackle: Working anchor is a 27 pound Bulwagga on a bow roller and chain pawl with 45 feet of 5/16 inch galvanized chain and 150 feet of Ѕ inch polyester three strand line. The secondary working anchor is a 33 pound Rocna on 45 feet of chain and 100 feet of Ѕ inch polyester three strand line. The stern anchor is an aluminum Fortress on 200 feet of Ѕ inch polyester three strand line. The third and fourth anchors are a 25 pound fisherman and a 45 pound Luke three-piece storm anchor with 30 feet of 5/16 inch chain and 100 feet of Ѕ inch polyester three strand line. The dinghy anchor is a 4.4 pound claw with 65 feet of 3/8 inch nylon three strand line. There is a bridle system for deploying up to three anchors.
