Pearson 31 equipment- New rudder (2014). Electric anchor windlass with remote, 3 anchors: one Rocna (one of the best) with 200’ chain, one Fortress with 50’ chain and 200’ line, one Delta. Dodger, bimini, full enclosure, screens (for full enclosure, hatches and portholes), sun cover for the cockpit. Ark and very solid davit supporting the solar panel and the dinghy. Teak cockpit table, cockpit cushions. Cradle on wheels allowing launching from a ramp. Interprotect done in 2014. Outdoor shower on the stern swimming platform and solar shower. Extinguisher, man overboard pole and several security elements (buoy , heaving line , flares, survival bag, etc.). Bunknet. Many interior fittings to maximize the use of the storage space (shelves, floor opening , etc.). Many spare parts (engine, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Pearson 31 description- ONE: owner, 1976 NA 23 with trailer, OMC 6 hp Sailmaster, and full camper canvas including dodger, bimini, and side curtains. Boat is in very good condition and has always been covered or stored inside during winter. Freshwater sailing on Lake Winnebago, WI only.
- Tartan 27 : no inboard engine. Outboard engine on swing mount. needs new headsail. currently in slip in Poulsbo. Comes with lots of extras including inflatable, solar panel, gps w/anchor watch. Set up for anchoring. Two speed winches. Priced with the consideration for cushions, new headsail (sunbrella worn out and starting to tear, still usable) , and swing keel will need new cable. Awesome boat. Could be great for cruising and liveaboard.
