Pearson 365 description- This is a newly built shoal-draft centerboard ketch with 2'-6" draft to max 5': 8" draft. The builder was unable to complete interior because of health reasons. Work required to complete this boat is to finish the interior joiner work, build the spars, and finish the mechanical and electrical systems, enabling buyer to design to personal requirements (plans available)
- This 36 Pearson is a lot of boat for the money. She has had some upgrades to her electronics and is in over all sail: able condition. Her diesel runs strong, the sails are in good condition and there is an extra mizzen sail, an extra genoa and an extra main. The cabin floor needs attention but is sound and has no structural issues that we know of. She has always been in freshwater and has a full winter canvas and steal storage cradle are included in the price.

Pearson 365 - : equipped galley, and the spacious cockpit, ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The standing rigging, upgraded to Dynex Dux, has reduced the weight aloft, added to her overall appearance, and although unusual on vessels like Picaroon, it has improved her performance and is still in great condition. On deck, the teak has been stripped and left to go silver which looks beautiful, and easier to maintain than having to varnish every season. The teak decks need a little TLC in places but it does not leak, and the magnificent Douglas pine masts are like new. The monitor wind vane steering is a great asset and works perfectly, giving the crew time to relax on extended passages. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, we are reluctantly having to curtail our adventures in the Caribbean. Picaroon has been well maintained whilst we have been cruising and she is shipshape and ready to sail tomorrow.
