- Description: 1973 Custom Ericson 39 for sale. This Ericson 39 was custom built for her only owner with many upgrades to her interior, diesel engine, double the water capacity and a wood stove, 4 burner stainless steel Force 10 stove with oven and broiler, Hinkley type overhead treatment and teak and holly sole. She has been constantly upgraded and is fully equipped and in superb condition including excellent sails, recently done barrier coating on bottom. Seidelmann 299 description- Cold Molded Tripp design, built by Goetz in Bristol Rhode Island. This fast racing machine has been tuned down and has been semi: converted to become the ultimate family cruiser. The Keel can be reduced to sail shoal waters. Sink and faucet with shower hose. Pressurized water system. PUR Powersurvivor 40E watermaker, Waeco 110 fridge/freezer, evo 2 burner stove. (2) gas bottles.

Seidelmann 299 - : top which gives her a very distinctive feature. The 27 T2 displaces only 5400 pounds but is very quick and well built. The only critique with this 27 was the lack of headroom (Practical Sailor Dec 1995). The keel is bone dry and the cabin include Wine glass holder, CB radio, all necessary marine equipment, including five type II life jackets, and an additional 310sqft main sail. Two stroke engine and maintenance is conducted regularly. This boat is simply looking for a good home and a owner for the upcoming season. Owners feel that the boat stands up well to windy conditions, stating that they feel safe in the boat because she is stable and remains under control when the usual precautions have been taken. (Practical Sailor Magazine, June 1, 1995.) We love to sail and recently upgraded to a 34 footer simply because of additional stowing for our diving equipment. Our asking price is $6,000 but open minded to negotiations.
