Standfast 33 description

  • Main salon/pilot house has 2 built: in captains chairs, a settee that makes into queen size bed, 2 rattan chairs with table and extension, can seat 6 comfortably.
  • Wanted: '89 to '91 Catalina 25 wing keel standard rig boat with trailer. Serious buyer, previously owned '79 swing keel.
  • We purchased BG in January of 2013 and began refitting her shortly thereafter. Aside from minor/major cosmetics, in late 2013 we painted the hull, re: decked her inside and out, added new Yanmar 54 HP engines (4JH5E/SD60), Doyle sails and cradle, Cruiseair ACs(3), Outback inverter, over 800 watts of thin film solar panels, underwater lighting, and numerous smaller enhancements like Sirius radio and weather.. In October 2015 we added a Spectra Ventura 200T watermaker and converted her electric heads to fresh water flush. Engine hours as of September 2016 are 950 each, with new clutch kits on both sail drives. She might best be described as a 2014 boat with a 2006 hull. She is cruise ready and better than new.
