Venture Newport 70.1 description- She comes with a suite of 4 Quantum racing sails: Jib, Main, Asymetrical Spinnaker, and Code Zero on furler. Plus a working Dacron Jib and a Storm Jib.
- REMARKS: This boat sails well and is a very accommodating 31 footer with an attractive interior. Its deep keel and taller mast enables it to perform significantly better than the centerboard version. The T shaped cockpit allows for easy access from the helm position. Engine access is from both interior and cockpit sole.

- Aft and to starboard is the enclosed manual head plumbed via a Y: Valve to the holding tank. A vanity with storage and a sink with H&C pressure water via a "Telephone" style faucet. Ensuite shower drains to a separate sump.
- To Port is the L: Shaped Galley with storage in several lockers and drawers. A large well insulated Refrigerator (Adler Barber) and a two burner gimbaled propane stovetop make preparing meals very convenient. H & C pressure water are plumbed into the SS kitchen sink.
