  • Spacious interior with plenty of storage. Sleeps 7. Forward features a large, private V: berth. Double hanging lockers converted to cedar stripped shelves. Porcelain head with stainless steel sink with pressurized hot/cold water. Built in hot/cold shower in open cockpit. The main salon features “U” shaped settee with a large, convertible dinette table that makes into a double bed. Single settee starboard, (with insulted 'colder' to store beverages on ice, drains into bilge), facing dinette for additional seating and bed. Galley is located starboard of the companionway with excellent storage, refrigerated icebox and 2 burner stove/oven. A private aft cabin is port of the companionway and includes a double berth, locker and navigation table.

  • UPDATE: Back up in Maine. In response to the all inquires, the CC40 trimaran can best be viewed during the dates of August 15th through after Labor Day. If interested to have hull survey done, the closest haulouts are Front Street Boatyard and Walter Green’s Yard in Maine.  The boat is just recently painted and is ready to go.  . I will be accepting bids from the asking price through the end of September unless the buyer is fully prepare to consummate the sale upon viewing.

  • Cuddy cabin with two side berths in main cabin and v-berth in bow. Shoal draft keel drafts 1': 11". (This model does not have a swing keel). Evinrude 9.9 hp outboard. Trailers well. Very stable boat. Stability and draft make this a good package for beginning sailors or old salts.
