  • I have had a lot of inquiries about the interior of the sailboat: it is a bare hull. Freshly painted three coats of zinc primer, three more coats of epoxy coal tar on top of that. Due to the boat size it does not need framing there is 1 inch stingers to which 2 x 2 treated wood is screwed in, above the waterline, ready to be spray foamed. There are four through hulls that need to be welded shut, at lest that was my plan. or you could replace with sea cocks.
  • self: Tailing Winches, 5hp merc motor, swim ladder, Anchor

  • : blade ‘Kiwi’ propeller that enables her to sail better than originally, and this engine and prop’ combination gives the boat excellent performance under power. She has ‘Inmast’ reefing for her mainsail and roller reefing on the Genoa/headsail, all sail control lines are brought aft to the cockpit, so there is no need to go forward while under sail at Sea. She also has a large radial headed cruising chute complete with snuffer for light air sailing. Her electrical power supply is from two 105amp hr lead acid batteries; one for engine starting the other for general uses, both are charged by the engine, or by ‘Forgen 500NT’ wind generator when sailing or at rest, or shore supply 240v electronic charger, controlled by ‘Driftgate 2000 Xsplit’ charging regulator.
