• Hull condition: New 2 part Poly Urathane paint 2010.

• 10'RIB with 8hp Yamaha outboard to give top speed of 17kts. Two inverters - 110vac & 230vac : give worldwide versatility. Usual cruising kit with washing machine, microwave, twin bower anchors & variety of spare anchors, Trysail, Storm Jib, spinnaker etc. Full Raytheon instruments, tools, solar panels, wind generator etc, 400ah domestic batteries plus anchor battery & windlass battery. • 20KW, 3 phase Generator, 4500 W 220 V inverter, 4500 W 110 V Inverter, extra large battery banks, large solar power system, 2 water: makers, dive compressor, all regular Navigation equipment incl Radar and weather fax, sat phone, extra large hydraulic anchor winch with 2 large anchors and lots of 5/8" chain, stern anchor with 24V winch, bimini, fridge and freezer, full galley, new strong sails, big workshop with excessive tools and spare parts, 2 tenders with 40hp and 30hp outboard, crane, vacuum toilets, showers, SS railings etc.
• Electrical and electronics: Electrical system was 12 volt coming from 2 battery banks located amidships under settee. Battery cables were lead aft to 2 separate explosion proof battery switches.
