O'Day 272 description- This Vaudrey Miller Simonis Voord custom designed performance cruising yacht offers luxurious cruising comfort and performance racing capability : compares with Southerly or Oyster designs. She offers ease of sailing in blue and coastal waters with dual rudders, hydraulic lift keel with shallow draft, electric jib furler, electric winches, and hydraulic system for boom, backstay, outhaul and jib halyard. Elegant interior and galley decor and layout provide plenty of natural light and ventilation. Your family, friends and racing crew will appreciate cruising in comfort with 4 private cabins, 3 heads and roomy salon and cockpit for social activities.

- Yanmar 4JH3-TE 75hp Turbo Diesel installed 2007: tons of new spare parts. Runs very strong. I haven't had a single issue in the hundreds of hours she's run.
- Hull was stripped of antifouling and all bottom paint in 2012, keel was rustproofed and hull epoxied prior to new anti: fouling. Sails were cleaned and serviced in 2014 and are in great shape for their age. Comes with a North Sails geneker and snuffer. Boat converted to propane in 2013 and new Force 10 3 burner stove installed. All interior and exterior 12 volt lights are LED, including nav., deck and anchor light with light sensor. Engine in excellent condition with Balmar Serpentine pulley system, 3 blade adjustable J Prop and line cutter. Boat saw minimal use for 10 years by previous owner.
- This clean and well: maintained sailboat has many new upgrades. It's winged keel offers great control with minimal draft of just 2' 11". Spacious interior with stereo and TV plus galley with stove and microwave, ready for live aboard travel.
